In the use of Raiffeisen Online service can help certain special situations whose resolution is described in the table bellow:

Solution

You want to activate Raiffeisen Online

If you meet the minimum requirements (currently have an account in USD, EUR and USD and a debit card or credit card  on  your name at  Raiffeisen Bank) you may ask it  to any Raiffeisen Bank branches in the country and require a contract for Raiffeisen Online

You don’t remember the password.

Go to any Bank where agencies and complete an application to request the password change.

You don’t remember the user name.

Go to any Raiffeisen Bank agencies or call to the dedicated phone numbers (021 / 306.55.55 or 021 / 306.55.56) and ask for  your user code.

You have blocked your access to the Service and you want to unblock it(for 3 times in a row  you inputed one of the authentication elements)

Contact phone assistance service to one of two dedicated telephone numbers (021 / 306.55.55 or 021 / 306.55.56) and ask to  unlock your user code

Card Reader Lost/Stolen

You can go to any Raiffeisen Bank branch.

Smart Card Lost/Stolen

You can go to any Raiffeisen Bank branch.

You have locked your Raiffeisen Online debit card by entering the  PIN 5 times consecutively wrong.

You can go to any Raiffeisen Bank branch for a new card re-issue.

You have locked your Raiffeisen Online credit card by entering the  PIN 5 times consecutively wrong.

In case you recall  your PIN, you can unlock it by using the credit card for an operation to any bank's ATM (e.g. balance  inquiery). If you do not remember your PIN, please go to any Bank agencies.

You want to add / remove some accounts in/from the list of accounts that use Raiffeisen Online Service

Address any Raiffeisen Bank branches  or call the dedicated assistance phone numbers and ask adding / excluding accounts as desired.

You can authenticate in the application (you get the error message "Please try again later.")

The application was closed in the wrong way by closing the session instead of logging off from the application.
The application is automatically unlocked after 15 minute and you can access the service.

You want to cancel your contract for Raiffeisen Online

Go to any Raiffeisen Bank agencies and complete an application for Raiffeisen Online contract cancellation
