  1. 1. Enrollment and sign in to Raiffeisen Online
  2. Raiffeisen Online allows you to transfer funds using the Internet, 24/7, wherever you are, using the address www.raiffeisenonline.ro.

    1. 1.1. Retail customers enrollment
    2. In order to become a Raiffeisen Online client you must:

      • Be a Raiffeisen Bank client;
      • Own at least one active RON/EUR/USD current account;
      • Own an active SMART card;
      • Sign the Contract.

      You may go to any Raiffeisen branch and ask for the Raiffeisen Online contract and our specialists will help you discover the first steps to use the Internet banking service.

      "SMART Card" – any debit card or credit card that has incorporated a chip or Raiffeisen Online card that is owned by the Client at the Bank;

      "Raiffeisen Online card" - card that can be used exclusively for generating  authentication and transactions authorization codes within Raiffeisen Online service, with the help of the card reader;

    4. 1.2. Sign in retail customers
    5. Raiffeisen Online is activated right after you signed in the contract and you will be able to use it safely if you observe the Security notes and our recommendations from the User`s guide.

      First log in

      In order to log in for the first time to Raiffeisen Online you will use the following information

      • User name (initial - CIF): is the one that our colleague from the branch informed you about and is written in your contract;
      • Static Password (initial): is the one you filled in the application when you were enrolled at the branch;
      • Authentication code generated with the help of the SMART card and the card reader

      At your first log in you will be compelled to change both your initial User name and Static Password, thus you have the possibility to define a preferred User name and Static Password.

      For all your further sign in you will use the new User name and the static Password that you defined. In case you forget your password you must go to any Raiffeisen Bank branch and ask for a new Password.

    7. 1.3. Log in
    8. To log in to Raiffeisen Online please follow these steps:

      1. 1. Access the Raiffeisen Online address
        (Link from www.raiffeisen.ro, or directly on www.raiffeisenonline.ro)
      2.  
      3. 2. Input your User name *
        (At your first log in input the initial Customer Code (CIF) that was told to you at the bank and is written on your contract. Beginning with the second log in you’ll fill in the User name defined by you at your first log in.)

      5. 3. Press the button Continue

      7. 4. Input your Password *
        (At your first log in input the initial static Password that you used at the branch when you were enrolled. Beginning with the second log in fill in the static Password defined by you.)

      9. 5. Input Authentication code  generated with the help of the  SMART  card and the  card reader.  After inserting the chip card into the reader.
        • Press the button « Autentifica »
        • Enter your PIN code
        • Enter the displayed numeric code without spaces into the Internet Banking login screen

      11. 6. Press the button Login

      13. 7. Raiffeisen Online is now at your disposal

        * Attention! Password and User name are case sensitive (please input the exact characters – upper or lower cases- that you defined in the application).

        The input of a wrong autentication element for 3 times consecuently will lead to your user blocking out of security reasons. Deblocking your user can be performed by calling our telephonic client support service at the following phone numbers: 021/3065555 pr 021/3065556, available 24/7.

        After you input a wrong authentication element – for example, the Password, for the next 2 trials that you are entitled to, please generate and use a new authetication code generated with the help of the SMART Card.

  3. 2. Generalities
    1. 2.1. Home page
    2.  
    3. After covering the previous mentioned steps, the first page displayed to the customer is Home page that contains the following information:
      • Current date and time
      • Last login date and time
      • Unread messages (if any)
      • Information
    4. In the right up corner of the application there are the following icons:
      ...Pagina principala :Directs you to the home page
       :Directs you to the option for secure messages
      ...Listare: Print
      ...Ajutor:  Directs you to the Raiffeisen Online – User's guide

    5. In the left side of the screen there are 4 menus:
      • Account services
      • Own accounts transfer
      • Transfers / Payments
      • Client services
      • Logout

      Every time when you select one of these options, the left side of screen changes accordingly.

    7. 2.2. Secure messages
    8. This is an option that offers you the possibility to communicate with the bank in a secure way through text messages. To display the incoming messages or to send a new one, you must click on this icon () that is available on any page. Also, if there are any unread messages you will be notified on the Home page.

    10. 2.3. Cyber receipt
    11. Raiffeisen Online generates for any financial transaction a document called Cyber receipt that you can save on your computer. In this document you may fill in the fields and send it to the bank for investigations. The cyber receipt can be sent to the bank immediately after the transfer was performed or after that. In this second case, you must choose from the menu Client services, then option On-line activity, find the cyber receipt, fill in the blanks and send it to the bank.

      In order to send the cyber receipt to the bank, you must login to Raiffeisen Online first. The bank receives your comments together with the payment details, analyses your request and contacts you to let you know the answer.

    13.   2.4. Transaction authorization
    14. For certain categories of transactions, in order to ensure the security necessary for funds transfers, an Authorization Code is requested to you.

      The transaction authorization code is generated by following the steps below:

      • Insert the chip card into the reader,
      • Press the button « Autorizare »
      • Enter your PIN code
      • Enter the transaction amount (as it is indicated to you in the payment confirmation screen)
      • Enter the last "n" digits from the account number of the beneficiary (as it is indicated to you in the payment confirmation screen)
      • Enter the displayed numeric code (authorization code) without spaces in the Internet Banking confirmation screen in order to confirm processing transaction

      Attention! : In case you input three times a wrong authorization code in the Confirmation screen, you are blocked for performing transfers in the current session; furtheron, you'll be allowed only to display information.
      To perform a new transfer you have to logout and then login again to Raiffeisen Online.

  4. 3. Operations available through Raiffeisen Online
    1. 3.1. Account services
      1. 3.1.1. My portfolio
      2. This option offers you access to the list of your personal accounts (that you personally hold) at Raiffeisen Bank and that are available via Raiffeisen Online. By exception, in the case of the term deposits accounts for under age children, the legal representative that has also the quality of empowered person on this account, will be able to have access to this type of accounts via Raiffeisen Online service, only for visualising their balances and transaction history.

        For each account are displayed the following information

        • Account type and name
        • Account number / nickname
        • Currency
        • Available balance (for current and savings accounts)
        • Current balance

        You can find out more about each account if you click on that account.

      3. By using Raiffeisen Online you have the possibility to visualize all the accounts you have stipulated in the contract or, at your request, all the active accounts that you own at the moment of your adhesion to our Internet Banking service.

        In the case you have requested to open one or several new accounts by means of other channels than Raiffeisen Online and you would like to access them by our service, please address your request to any Raiffeisen Bank branch or call one of the customer support telephone numbers :021.306.55.55 or 021.306.55.56. Thus, Raiffeisen Online offers you a total flexibility: it is only you that decides what accounts you may access, or on the contrary, you would like to exclude from our Internet Banking service.
      4. Account types:

        • A. Current and savings account
        • Following information will be displayed:

          1. Details:
            • IBAN account
            • Name and number of opening branch
            • Opening date
          2. 2. Owners
            • o Owner – Owner's relationship to the account: displays the account`s owner and the legally entitled persons.
          3. Balances
            • Available balance
            • Current balance
            • Last statement balance
            • Overdraft
            • User overdraft
            • Hold

            The remaining part of the screen displays the account`s history using the following selection criteria:

            • Date (from-to) (dd/mm/yyyy)
            • Amount (from-to)
            • Number of transfers
            • Transaction type.

          After choosing the criterion press the button Send and the application will display all transfers that fulfil this term. For each transfer the following information will be displayed:

            • Effective date
            • Transaction date
            • Transaction description
            • Debit: the amount, if it is a debit transfer
            • Credit: the amount, if it is a credit transfer

          You can download this list as .xls or .qif file by pressing the button.
          At the bottom of the page there is a drop-down list where are displayed all your personal accounts available through Raiffeisen Online. You may choose one account, press the Display button and you’ll see all the account’s details.

        • B. Time deposits
        • Following information will be displayed for time deposits:

          1. Details
            • Name and number of opening branch
            • Opening date
            • Maturity date / next renewal date:if it`s a time deposit with one maturity then the maturity date will be displayed and if it`s a time deposit with renewal, the last renewal date will be displayed.
          2. Owners
            • Owner – Owner`s relationship to the account displays the account's owner and the legally entitled persons.
          3. Features
            • Loan amount
            • Principal balance-the remaining amount to be paid
            • Next payment date
            • Next payment amount
            • Interest rate
            • Last statement balance

          The remaining part of the screen displays the account`s history and is the same with current and savings account.

        • C. Loan accounts
        • Following information will be displayed:

          1. Details
            • Name and number of opening branch
            • Date of disbursement
            • Maturity date
          2. Features
            • Loan amount
            • Principal balance-the remaining amount to be paid
            • Next payment date
            • Next payment amount
            • Interest rate
            • Last statement balance
        • The remaining part of the screen displays the account's history and is the same with current and savings account.

        • D. Credit card
        • Following information will be displayed:
          1. Details:
            • Credit limit approved
            • Amount used from the last statement inclusive
            • Last payment amount
            • Last statement balance
            • Minimum payment amount
            • Next payment date
            • Direct debit exists
        • The remaining part of the screen displays the account`s history and is the same with current and savings account.
      5. up
      6. 3.1.2. Direct debits (payments to suppliers) - ConfortaBill
      7. If you access this option you can either:

        • Create a Direct Debit for your bills or bills of a third party;
        • Modify or Delete a direct debit already created.

        When you create a Direct Debit, you must select from the drop-down list your account that will be debited and the supplier; after selecting the supplier you must fill in the blanks that are specific for each supplier. If the bill is not issued on your name, you must tick Third party and fill in the next field the third party full name.

        If you want to change or delete and existing Direct Debit you must select option View active direct debits; all active direct debits will be displayed and you will have the possibility to change or delete it.

      9. 3.1.3. Account Statement
      10. With the help of this functionality, you have the possibility to obtain an account statement for one of your current or saving accounts. From the drop-down list in which you may find listed all your accounts that have been added within Raiffeisen Online service, you have to select the specific account you want to obtain the statement for.

        You also have the possibility to use a selection criterion, by filling in the period (Date from and Date to) for which you would like the application to display you all the available statements that have been generated for that specific account.


        At the selection of the period for which you would like to have all the available account statements displayed, it is necessary to take into consideration the following restrictions:
        • The Date From must not be smaller than the date of your enrollment within Raiffeisen Online service;
        • The Date To cannot be greater than the current date;
        • The maximum period available for generating the account statements on a specific account is 6 months back from current date;
      11. By simply accessing the button "Submit", the application will display all the accounts statement that have been generated in the period you have filled in as a selection criterion for the account you have previously selected. The application also offers you the possibility of a quick access to the latest statement that was generated on a specific account, by using the button "Download Current Statement".
        The account statement is displayed in PDF format and it can be saved and also archived into your own computer for further usage starting with the next day after service Raiffeisen Online is active,
        The details provided into Raiffeisen Online account statement are similar to those displayed into paper based account statement available at Raiffeisen branch where your accounts are opened and contains information referring to the amounts paid / enchased, the date of the transaction, data about the beneficiary or the payer of the financial transaction;

    2. 3.2. Own accounts transfer
      1. 3.2.1. Transfer between own accounts
      2. This option is used to transfer funds between two personal accounts open in Raiffeisen Bank in the same currency.

        In order to do this, you must cover the following steps:

        • Input screen
          • From account: the account that will be debited. You will select from the drop-down list your account from which the transfer will be performed.
          • To account: the account that will be credited. You will select from the drop-down list your account in which you will transfer the amount.
            Both accounts (From and To) must have the same currency.
          • Payment amount
          • Payment date (dd/ mm/ yyyy) is the payment date or the date of the first payment (in case of recurrent transfers)
          • Payment details
          • I wish this transfer to be repeated: tick this box if you want this to be a future-dated or recurrent transfer and fill in the fields below
          • Frequency (every): you can establish the transfer to be performed:
            1. a. at a fixed date
              In this case you’ll input in the Payment date field the day you want and in field Frequency (every) you’ll select 1 or several month (in case you want the transfer to be performed monthly, etc.)
            2. b. at a fixed period of time
              In this case you will mention in the Payment date the first transfer date and Frequency (every) you’ll select 1 day (if you want the transfer to be performed every day) or 3 days (in case you want the transfer to be performed every 3 days).
          • Expiration date (dd/ mm/ yyyy): in case of recurrent transfers the expiration date must be mentioned and starting with that day the transfer will not be performed any longer.

          After you filled in the previous mentioned fields you press the Send button and the Confirmation screen will be displayed where you’ll be able to review all the details of payment.

        • Confirmation screen

        • If the details of payment are correct and you want to perform the transfer, press the Confirm button.
        • In case you want to change something, press the Cancel button and you will return to the previous input screen.

        • Result screen

        • The next screen is the Result screen that informs of the transfer’s status. In case of recurrent or future-dated transfers, this screen confirms you that the transfer was sent successfully to the bank in order to be performed. Button Cyber receipt will open a file with all payment’s details that you can save on your computer.

      4. 3.2.2. Time deposits
        1. 3.2.2.1. Create time deposits
        2. In order to create a new time deposit you need to fill in the following fields:
          • Product name - you need to select from the drop-down list the time deposit that you want to create. The list with all available time deposits and all necessary details can be displayed by pressing the button Time deposits information
          • Funding account: is your account (you’ll select it from the drop-down list) from which you will transfer the money to the time deposit created
          • Issue amount: For each time deposit created there is a minimum amount for opening; these limits can be consulted by pressing the button Time deposits information or click on the Bank`s web site www.raiffeisen.ro.
          • Interest disposition account is your account (select it from the drop-down list) in which the interest will be transferred.

          Then press the button Send and the Confirmation screen will be displayed; if all information is correct, press the button Confirm in order to confirm the transfer.

        3. 3.2.2.2. Redeem time deposits
        4. You may redeem the time deposits in LEI that you own to Raiffeisen Bank (both the time deposits created through Raiffeisen Online and other channels: branch or Raiffeisen Direct).

          To redeem the time deposit you need to select:
          • Time deposit – your deposit in LEI from the drop down list
          • Amount will be transferred to the account- you current or savings account in which you want to transfer the Net amount.

          You may not redeem time deposits between 10pm and 4am.

          Then press the button Send and the Confirmation screen will be displayed; if all information is correctin order to confirm the transfer press the button Confirm.

      5. 3.2.3. Foreign exchange between own accounts
      6. Using this option you’ll be able to perform foreign exchange and cross-currency operations between own accounts.

        In order to perform a foreign exchange operation you need to fill in the following fields

        • From account- the debited account
        • To account- the credited account
        • Currency
        • Amount
        • Payment details:

        Depending on the currency and operation to be performed, there are the following options:

        1. 1. Sell and mention the precise amount of foreign currency
          • From account-select the debited account
          • To account-select the LEI account
          • Currency-the foreign currency
          • Amount of foreign currency you want to sell

        1. 2. Buy and mention the precise amount of foreign currency
          • From account-select the debited account in LEI
          • To account-select the foreign currency account
          • Currency-the foreign currency
          • Amount of foreign currency you want to buy

        1. 3. Sell foreign currency and mention the precise amount of LEI
        2. If you want to sell foreign currency in order to obtain a precise amount of LEI (Eg: you want to sell foreign currency in order to obtain 1.000 LEI)
          • From account-select the debited account in foreign currency
          • To account-select the LEI account
          • Currency- LEI
          • Amount of LEI that you want to obtain

        1. 4. Buy foreign currency and mention the precise amount of LEI
        2. If you want to buy foreign currency with a precise amount of LEI (Eg: buy foreign currency with 1.000 LEI)
          • From account-select the LEI account
          • To account-select the foreign currency account
          • Currency-LEI
          • Amount of LEI that you want to sell

        1. 5. Sell foreign currency and obtain another foreign currency
        2. If you want to sell a precise amount of foreign currency and obtain another foreign currency (Eg: sell 100 EUR and buy USD)
          • From account-select the EUR account
          • To account-select the USD account
          • Currency-EUR
          • Amount of EUR that you want to sell

        1. 6. Buy foreign currency and sell another foreign currency
        2. If you want to buy a foreign currency with a precise amount of another foreign currency (Eg: exchange USD into 100 EUR).
          • From account-select the USD account
          • To account-select the EUR account
          • Currency-EUR
          • Amount of EUR that you want to buy

        Then press the button Send and will be displayed a confirmation screen that reviews the details of payment.
        If all information is correct, press the button Confirm. In case you want to modify the data, press the button Cancel and you will return to the previous input screen.

      8. 3.2.4. View active transfers between own accounts
      9. This option displays all future-dated or recurrent transfers that you set up between your own accounts; for each active transfer you have the possibility to Modify or Delete information

    4. 3.3. Transfers / Payments
      1. 3.3.1. Intrabank transfers (to third parties)
      2. This option is used in order to transfer funds from your personal account (LEI or foreign currency) to another person’s account within Raiffeisen Bank.

        These transfers may be performed both in LEI and foreign currencies.

        You must fill in the following fields:
        • From account-select your account
        • To account- the credited account. In case you saved the beneficiary’s account using option Management of beneficiaries you can select the account from the drop-down list.
          Both accounts (debited and credited) must have the same currency.
        • Amount
        • Payment date (dd/mm/yyyy)-transfer date of the first payment date (in case of recurrent operations)
        • Payment details
        • I wish this transfer to be repeated: if you want this to be a future-dated or recurrent transfer, tick this box and fill in the following fields
        • Frequency (every): you can establish the transfer to be performed:
          1. at a fixed date
            In this case you’ll input in the Payment date field the day you want and in field Frequency (every) you’ll select 1 or several month (in case you want the transfer to be performed monthly, etc.)
          2. at a fixed period of time
            In this case you will mention in the Payment date the first transfer date and Frequency (every) you’ll select 1 day (if you want the transfer to be performed every day) or 3 days (in case you want the transfer to be performed every 3 days).
        • Expiration date (dd/ mm/ yyyy): in case of recurrent transfers the expiration date must be mentioned and starting with that day the transfer will not be performed any longer.

        After you filled in the previous mentioned fields you press the Send button and the Confirmation screen will be displayed where you’ll be able to review all the details of payment. If all information is correct, input your authorization code and press the button Confirm.

        In case you want to modify the data, press the button Cancel and you will return to the previous input screen.

        Observation: For the payment orders in FCY, as well as for the payment orders in LCY (RON) on the Romanian territory, of which value is equal or higher than 50.000 EUR or equivalent at the date of the payment, ordered by a resident Client towards a non-resident Client, the resident Client will fill in and present to the Bank counter the Disposition/Declaration of external payment (DPE) in maximum 10 calendaristical days from the moment of transfer performing.

      4. 3.3.2. Interbank transfers
      5. A. Interbank transfers in RON (to other Romanian banks)

        With this option you will be able to perform transfers in LCY (RON) to your own accounts or other parties within other banks in Romania.

        The input screen will request you to input the following information:
        • From account-select your account from the drop-down list
        • Beneficiary IBAN account-input the IBAN account
        • Amount
        • Beneficiary identification-will be fill in only in case of payments to treasury (according to the legal regulations)
        • Beneficiary full name
        • Payment evidence number- will be fill in only in case of payments to treasury (according to the legal regulations)
        • Payment details, line 1 and line 2-fill in the bill number, client code or other details necessary to the beneficiary in order to identify your transfer
        • Payment order number-you may number your Raiffeisen Online payments in order to keep personal evidence.
        • I wish this transfer to be repeated: if you want this to be a future-dated or recurrent transfer, tick this box and fill in the following fields
        • Frequency (every): you can establish the transfer to be performed:
        •      at a fixed date

        In this case you’ll input in the Payment date field the day you want and in field Frequency (every) you’ll select 1 or several months (in case you want the transfer to be performed monthly, etc.)
        •      at a fixed period of time

        In this case you will mention in the Payment date the first transfer date and Frequency (every) you’ll select 1 day (if you want the transfer to be performed every day) or 3 days (in case you want the transfer to be performed every 3 days).

        • Expiration date (dd/ mm/ yyyy): in case of recurrent transfers the expiration date must be mentioned and starting with that day the transfer will not be performed any longer.

        After you filled in the previous mentioned fields you press the Send button and the Confirmation screen will be displayed where you’ll be able to review all the details of payment. If all information is correct, input your authorization code and press the button Confirm.

        In case you want to modify the data, press the button Cancel and you will return to the previous input screen.

        B. Interbank transfers in Foreign Currency

        With this option you will be able to perform transfers to your own accounts or other parties’ accounts opened in foreign currency with other Romanian banks or banks from abroad.

        The input screen will request you to fill in the following information:
        • From account -select your account from which you intend to order the transfer from the drop-down list;
        • To account: provided the fact that you already have one or several FCY interbank payments defined in the menu Management of beneficiaries, in this field you will find a drop-down list from which you can select the beneficiary towards you want to perform the transfer;
        • Beneficiary’s account number - input the IBAN account number towards you want to perform the payment;
        • Beneficiary full name – the name of the beneficiary’s account you intend to perform the transfer towards;
        • Beneficiary’s address/country - the beneficiary’ s address and country
        • Amount - the amount you want to transfer
        • The date of the transfer (DD/MM/YYYY) – the current date;
        • Details of payment, line 1, line 2, line 3 - fill in the description of the payment or other details necessary for the beneficiary in order to identify your transfer
        • Name of the beneficiary bank – the name of the bank where the beneficiary’s account is opened
        • Address of the beneficiary bank – the address of the bank where the beneficiary’s account is opened
        • Beneficiary bank SWIFT code – the SWIFT code for the bank of the beneficiary
        • Priority - the character of the payment (the currency date), meaning standard payment, the currency date = D +2, urgent payment ( today/tomorrow), currency date = D or D+1
        • Fees and charges - from the drop-down list you can select one of the possibilities that for this transfer the correspondent banks fees to be paid by the beneficiary (BEN), the payer (OUR) or to be split (SHA)
        • Bank to Bank Additional Info – other details regarding the transfer performed
        • Statistical code – the statistical code of the payment
        • Documents – documents that make the basis of the payment order

        The amount paid could be split/detailed on transactions, filling in for each of the transactions the amount, the associated statistical code, the description of the transaction, and, when the case, the date of delivery and /or the number from the External Debts (public or private) Journal. The amount may be the object of several invoices, contracts, etc towards the same beneficiary.

        After you filled in the previous mentioned fields you press the Send button and the Confirmation screen will be displayed where you’ll be able to review all the details of payment. If all information is correct, input your password and press the button Confirm.

        In case you want to modify the data, press the button Cancel and you will return to the previous input screen.

        Observation: For the payment orders in FCY, as well as for the payment orders in LCY (RON) on the Romanian territory, of which value is equal or higher than 50.000 EUR or equivalent at the date of the payment, ordered by a resident Client towards a non-resident Client, the resident Client will fill in and present to the Bank counter the Disposition/Declaration of external payment (DPE) in maximum 10 calendaristical days from the moment of transfer performing.

      7. 3.3.3. Bill payments
      8. This option gives you the possibility to pay bills, insurance policies or others to suppliers that have a current account within Raiffeisen Bank.

        You will have to fill in the following fields:
        • From account-select from the drop-down list your account from which you want to perform the transfer
        • Utility company-select from the list the supplier to which you want to perform the transfer and, depending on each supplier, special lines for details will be displayed and you will fill in information from your bill.
        • Amount
        • Payment date
        • Payment order number-you may number your Raiffeisen Online payments in order to keep personal evidence.

        After you filled in the previous mentioned fields you press the Send button and the Confirmation screen will be displayed where you’ll be able to review all the details of payment. If all information is correct, press the button Confirm.

        In case you want to modify the data, press the button Cancel and you will return to the previous input screen.

      10. 3.3.4. View active transfers
      11. This option allows you to display, modify or delete active transfers that have been set up through Raiffeisen Online as future-dated (planned to be performed once at a certain date in the future) or recurrent payments (transfer that is performed repeatedly with a certain frequency).

        There are two types of active transfers

        • To beneficiaries with accounts in Raiffeisen Bank
        • To beneficiaries with accounts in other banks in Romania
      12. For each type of active transfer there are two options: Modify or Delete.

  5. 4. Client services
    1. 4.1. Change user name
    2. You may change your user name and the modification will be available immediately. Thus, after performing the change and logout to Raiffeisen Online, you may sign in again with the new user name. It must contain between 8 and 12 alphanumeric characters (at least one letter and one digit).

    4. 4.2. Change Password
    5. You may change the Password you are using to login to Raiffeisen Online and to confirm transfers. The modification will be available immediately. Thus, after performing the change and logout to Raiffeisen Online, you may sign in again with the new Password. It must contain between 8 and 12 alphanumeric characters (at least one letter and one digit).

      In order to change the Password you must fill in the following fields:

      • Password – the old one
      • New Password
      • Confirm new Password

      The Password has 100 days availability. Five days before the expiration date you will receive a message from the Bank asking you to define a new Password.

    8. You may change or define an e-mail address. The modification will be available immediately.

    10. 4.4. Account Nicknames
    11. You may define a name for each of your accounts; this helps you identify easier your accounts without being forced to remember the account number. You may define, modify or delete a nickname.

    13. 4.5. Management of beneficiaries

      1. 4.5.1. Beneficiaries with account in Raiffeisen Bank
      2. In order to make Raiffeisen Online easier to use, you have the possibility to save the beneficiary’ accounts within Raiffeisen Bank to which you perform transfers quite often.
        When you access option Intrabank transfers (to third parties) the drop-down list of “To account” contains these accounts. You can add, display, modify or delete a beneficiary.

      3. 4.5.2. Beneficiaries with account in other Romanian banks
      4. In order to make Raiffeisen Online easier to use, you have the possibility to save the beneficiary’ IBAN accounts to which you perform transfers quite often.
        When you access option Interbank transfers (to other Romanian banks) the drop-down list of "To account" contains these accounts. You can add, display, modify or delete a beneficiary.
        If the beneficiary account is a treasury account, then you can save also Beneficiary identification.

      5. 4.5.3 Beneficiaries with  FCY account in other banks
      6. In order to make Raiffeisen Online easier to use, you have the possibility to save the beneficiary’ IBAN accounts to which you perform FCY interbank transfers quite often.
        When you access option FCY Interbank transfers the drop-down list of “To account” contains these accounts, along with other payment details (Beneficiary Address/Country, Name of beneficiary bank, Address of beneficiary bank, SWIFT code for beneficiary bank).
        You can add, display, modify or delete a beneficiary.

    15. 4.6. On-line activity
    16. Raiffeisen Online automatically saves in the internal database all operations that you perform, thus you have the possibility to display

      • Operations within the last 6 months (according to your criteria)
      • Entire activity (date and time you login to Raiffeisen Online, options used, modified or deleted)
    17. In the same time, you can save the Cyber receipt that you obtain for each transfer on your own computer; in this way you have access to all cyber receipts long time after performing the transfer.

      In case you don’t get the success message while performing a transfer you can check (using this function) whether it was performed or not and you can contact the bank and ask for details.

  6. 5. Limits for Raiffeisen Online transfers
  7. To ensure an increased security of transactions, the Bank set up several limits regarding both the service in general and the transfers performed.

    These limits are:
    • Maximum number of failed login attempts: 3
    • Number of days before you have to change your Password: 100 (days)
    • Number of days before Password expiration that you are prompted to change your Password: 5 (days)
    • Maximum inactivity period (minutes) until your session times out and you are automatically logged out: 15 (minutes)
    • Maximum daily amount for foreign exchange: 68.000 LEI (equivalent)
    • Maximum amount for each foreign exchange: 34.000 LEI (equivalent)
    • Maximum daily amount for transfers: 50.000 LEI (equivalent)
    • Maximum amount for each transfer (RON/FCY): 30.000 LEI (equivalent).

    The limits mentioned above can be periodically modified by the Bank.

    The clients that want to transfer amounts that are greater than the amounts mentioned above might request by phone the modification of their personal limits valid for Raiffeisen Online , by calling 021 / 306.55.55 or 021 / 306.55.56. The limits request by the client will be modified only after their approval by the Bank.

    Attention: The amount for foreign exchange transfers cannot be modified.
